Is Andorra an EU country?

Andorra is not a member of the European Union, and it does not belong to the European Economic Area (EEA) either. Instead, Andorra has a customs union agreement with the EU and a separate monetary agreement that allows it to use the euro as its official currency. Andorra is a small country located in the Pyrenees mountains between France and Spain.
