The type of employment affects the employee&#8217;s rights and obligations.<\/li>\n<li><b>Terms of employment:<\/b> Terms of employment define the agreements between the employee and the employer, such as salary, working hours, vacations and other benefits.<\/li>\n<li><b>Work environment:<\/b> The work environment can be physical (e.g. office, factory) or virtual (remote work). The safety and comfort of the work environment are important factors.<\/li>\n<li><b>Well-being at work:<\/b> Well-being at work covers an employee&#8217;s physical and mental health, enjoyment at work and work motivation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Changes in working life<\/h2>\n<p>Working life is constantly changing, and it is affected by many factors, such as technological development, globalization and social changes.
