These services include, among others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Air and water purification:<\/b> Plants and trees filter air and water, removing harmful substances and improving air quality.<\/li>\n<li><b>Nutrient cycling:<\/b> Natural processes, such as the action of decomposers, recycle nutrients and keep the soil fertile.<\/li>\n<li><b>Climate regulation:<\/b> Forests and seas act as carbon sinks that help regulate climate change.<\/li>\n<li><b>Habitats:<\/b> Nature provides a habitat for numerous animal and plant species, which maintains biodiversity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Well-being and health<\/h2>\n<p>Nature has a significant impact on people&#8217;s physical and mental well-being. Studies have shown that time spent in nature can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduces stress and anxiety<\/li>\n<li>Improves mood and increases happiness<\/li>\n<li>Promotes physical health, such as lowering blood pressure and improving the immune system<\/li>\n<li>Increase creativity and cognitive activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Economic significance<\/h2>\n<p>Nature is also economically important. Many industries, such as agriculture, fishing and tourism, depend on healthy ecosystems. In addition, natural resources such as wood, minerals and water are essential for many economic activities.<\/p>\n<h2>Cultural and spiritual value<\/h2>\n<p>Nature has been an important part of people&#8217;s culture and spiritual life throughout history. Many cultures and religions consider nature sacred and respect it. Nature also provides inspiration for art, literature and music.<\/p>\n<h2>Summary<\/h2>\n<p>Nature is an irreplaceable part of our lives and its importance extends to many different areas of life. It provides us with essential ecosystem services, promotes well-being and health, supports the economy and enriches our culture and spiritual life.
