Coaching<\/b> is a process in which an individual or a group is supported and guided towards achieving goals. Coaching can take place in many different areas of life, such as sports, working life or personal development. The coach helps the coachee to identify their own strengths and development targets and to set clear and achievable goals.<\/p>\n

The goal of coaching is often to maximize one’s own potential and achieve better performance. The coaching process can include, for example, goal planning, maintaining motivation, problem solving and developing self-knowledge.<\/p>\n

Coaching can take place as individual coaching or group coaching. In individual coaching, the coach focuses on the needs and goals of the individual, while in group coaching, the coachees can support each other and share their experiences.<\/p>\n

The benefits of coaching can be manifold, such as better self-knowledge, more efficient working methods, increased motivation and better performance. Coaching can help an individual achieve the goals they want faster and more efficiently than when acting alone.<\/p>\n
