Adolescence<\/b> is a stage of life that takes place between childhood and adulthood. It is the period when an individual develops physically, psychologically and socially towards adulthood. Adolescence begins with puberty and usually ends around the age of 20-25, but the exact boundary varies from individual to individual.<\/p>\n

Adolescence is often accompanied by a strong need for independence and finding one’s own identity. Young people go through many changes both physically and mentally, and they have to learn to deal with new feelings, thoughts and responsibilities. Youth is often a time when an individual has the opportunity to experience and learn many new things about himself and the world around him.<\/p>\n

Adolescence can also be a challenging time, as an individual may be under pressure from, for example, school success, social relationships or future plans. Youth can also be a time when you try out different boundaries and look for your own place in society.<\/p>\n

It is important to remember that youth is just one stage in life, and it can be very different for different people. Every young person goes through their own challenges and joys, and the most important thing is to support young people in their growth process.<\/p>\n
