What is a neural network?

Neuroverkko is computer software that aims to imitate the functioning of the human brain. It consists of multiple connections and nodes that form a network capable of learning and making decisions independently. Neural networks are based on neuroscience and aim to mimic the activity of neurons in the brain.

Neural networks are widely used in various artificial intelligence applications, such as image recognition, speech recognition and predictive analytics. They are able to learn to recognize images, speech or other features based on a large amount of data and make decisions based on this information.

The operation of neural networks is based on deep learning, where the network learns hierarchical features and abstractions with the help of data. This makes it possible to solve complex problems that traditional software cannot handle.
