No, Iran is not a member of the European Union. Iran is located in the Middle East and it is an independent country that does not belong to the European Union. The European Union currently includes 27 member states, each of which has signed the EU Treaty and complies with its rules and laws.

Even though Iran is not an EU country, it can nevertheless be involved in various international agreements and cooperation projects with the European Union. For example, Iran has participated in the nuclear agreement with the EU and other countries.
